Night Out Against Crime 2015 in Harvey, LA
Our biggest annual event, the Night out against Crime, is only a few days away and we are all getting very excited here at Emerald Pointe and Summerfield. Last year, we had 300-400 people and this year, we expect more! Everyone in our local community is invited to meet each other, as well as our employees, local police officers, and first responders.
This year, we have a lot of local vendors participating as well. Not only can you meet and support local businesses, but you will have many chances to win prizes from them. At the raffle at the end of the night, we will be giving away tons of prizes, including gift cards, cash, and free rent. Interested in viewing our apartments? We will also be giving tours of our beautifully renovated apartments to anyone who would like to see.
So you may ask yourself, what is there to do at this event? And the answer is, what is their NOT to do? We will have entertainment for the whole family. There will be GREAT food, a DJ, face painting, a climbing wall, video games, snow globes, a bouncy house, and tours of military vehicles and ambulances, just to name a few. For adults, socialize, eat & drink with your neighbors and our lovely employees, and most of all, come support your community!
The event will be held at Summerfield Apartment Homes, which is located at 1500 Lorene Drive, on the corner of Manhattan Blvd and LaPalco. It will be held on Tuesday, October 13th, from 6 pm – 9 pm. We look forward to seeing everyone there.
